Completion of the project “Increase in the competitiveness of Machinefish from Wrocław by purchasing a table-top scanning electron microscope system and extending the offer by 1 new service and 3 improved ones.”

On May 31, 2020, the project “Increase in the competitiveness of Machinefish from Wrocław by purchasing a table-top scanning electron microscope system and extending the offer by 1 new service and 3 improved services” was completed. co-financed from European Funds under the Regional Operational Program of the Lower Silesian Voivodship 2014-2020.

The following innovations were implemented as part of the project:

introduction of a new service, i.e. technical cleanliness testing with chemical composition analysis;
introducing three improved services, i.e. morphology and microstructure testing, including fractographic testing, chemical composition testing, and EDS / EDX microanalysis of the chemical composition;
introducing process innovation – designing the testing process that enables efficient performance of research in the field of qualitative and quantitative analysis of filter filters.

As part of the project, a Phenom XL scanning microscope with an EDS / EDX microanalyzer of chemical composition was purchased, the technical parameters of which and extensive software enable the efficient implementation of the above-mentioned services.
